Marketing and Event Specialist

Location:  Marlborough, MA - Hybrid schedule

 

ROLE SUMMARY


This full-time role will primarily be responsible for logistical support for local events, tradeshows, & marketing programs in North America. It is a busy and varied role that requires working with colleagues across multiple departments.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

•   Supports Tradeshow Manager on all North American events
•    Implements our US/CA marketing plans to increase market share to all customer segments
•    Processing invoices and expenses for all tradeshow activities
•    Quarterly meetings with sales managers to review local show calendar
•    Collaborates with cross functional teams from external design agencies, to Optos digital colleagues, to Optos clinical team to produce effective promotional materials
•    Adding campaign response (leads) reporting into CRM
•    Supports corporate PR initiatives


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 

•    0-3 years relevant marketing experience and  Bachelors Degree
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Willingness to learn and be curious
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Up to 10% travel required (varies)

Salary Range:  $31.25 - 33.65 based on experience, 15% Bonus Potential
