Customer Service Team

Customer Service and Technical Support work in unison with customers to ensure they receive optimal service on our proprietary retinal imaging devices. No matter the service need (hardware or software), our teams are trained to answer questions across the entire product suite. Customer Service acts as a liaison between the customer and internal Optos teams. Much of the day is spent talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a service problem or assisting sales with the logistics and scheduling of device installations. Teams are kept busy, and with team members reconnecting frequently to share success stories and allow for continued staff development.
