Product Management

Product Management supports and contributes to the lifecycle of the product- from conception, refinement, specification, market opportunity, selling, and eventually sunsetting a product. The managers in the team have assigned responsibilities in each of the given product lines, both hardware and software; as well as architecturally.  We play a role in connecting the technical requirements, to the customer environment;  and feeding back needs from the field through to development and management.  Product Management is probably the most cross-functional role in any organization- from research, development, production, sales, marketing, and customer interfacing- there is usually product management involvement at some level.
